Hello! My name is elliot, but you may also call me Garden! I am a 20-year old, nonbinary artist & lil' forest creature from The Netherlands! I enjoy nature, spring, drawing & video games!

I've been posting art for about 7 years now, so quite some time! Drawing & creating art is something i've enjoyed ever since I was younger. It has helped me through many rough times in my life, and helped me connect with some incredible friends!

I am currently just trying to figure out what I want to do with my future & what I want to pursue career wise later in life! ★

· I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason. I do not owe any explanation for the reason.

· I reserve all rights to my artwork, and may use your commission as examples of art. However, the client is allowed to ask for their commission to remain private.

· Please do not rush me. The turnaround time may vary depending on my health & schedule, but should take no longer than 1-3 months at most.

· I do not work with deadlines. Unless one has been specifically agreed upon beforehand. Please notify me at least 1 month in advance of the given deadline.

· My work is inteded for personal use only. You do not have commercial rights to the artwork. This can be discussed & fees will depend on the intended purpose.

· Under no circumstance will I remove my watermark.

· Under no circumstance are you allowed to mint/sell my art as NFTs or AI art. I do not support either.

· All prices are in USD. and invoiced through PayPal. I do not accept any alternative options at this time.

· Payment must be made in full upfront. I will not start your commission until I have received the payment. The payment is to be made within 72 hours. Should you need longer than 72 hours, you can contact me!

· No refunds, once I have accepted your commission. Should I find myself unable to complete your commission, I will contact you and refund you.

· A clear reference or picture is required. A description or block of text of your character is not enough. I may also decline your commission if the reference picture is too low quality for me to work with.

· Please use picture references for any specific ideas. For example poses, expressions, outfits, props, etc. It gives me a clear idea of exactly what you have in mind.

· NOTE: If you do not specify a specific idea, I will take full artistic freedom and this cannot be changed later!

· Changes can be made during the sketching phase, so feel free to let me know if there's any updates you may want! Any changes beyond this point may come with a small fee, unless it was a mistake due to my own error!

· Updates will be given during the sketching & coloring stages! If you require more updates, such as during the lineart or shading, feel free to let me know!
