Hello! My name is elliot, but you may also call me Garden! I am a 21-year old, nonbinary artist & lil' forest creature from The Netherlands! I enjoy drawing, nature & spring, and games!

I've been drawing & posting art for a good while now, lord! I've enjoyed it ever since I was a wee lad, and it has helped me through some incredibly rough periods in life. But, thankfully it has also helped me meet some amazing and dear friends!

· I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason. I do not owe you an explanation

· I reserve all rights to my artwork, and may use your comission as examples of art. However, the commission will be kept private if requested.

· Please do not rush. The turnaround time may vary depending on my queue & irl factors, but is estimated to take about 1-3 months.

· My work is intended for personal use only. You do not have the commercial rights to the artworks.

· Under no circumstance will I remove my watermark. Please do not attempt removal either.

· Under no circumstance are you allowed to mint/sell my art as NFTs or AI. I do not support either.

. • Payments & Refunds • .

· All prices are in USD, and invoiced through Paypal. I do not accept any alternative options.

· Payment must be made in full upfront. I will not start the commission until I have received the full payment. The payment is to be made within 72 hours at most. Should you need longer than 72 hours, please contact me beforehand!

· No refunds, once I have accepted your commission. Should I find myself unable to complete your commission for whatever reason, I will personally contact you and refund you in full.

· A clear reference or picture is required. I will not work with a description only, or if the reference picture is too low quality for me to work with.

· Please be clear if you have a specific idea in mind. Picture references are highly encouraged for poses, outfits, props, etc! If you do not specify a pose, I will take full artistic freedom. Keep that in mind!

· Updates: will be given during the sketching & colouring stages! Changes can be made during the sketching stage, however, major changes or changes beyond the sketch may come with with a fee, unless it was a mistake due to my own error!
