Hello! My name is elliot, but I prefer to go by Sparrow or Garden online! I am a 22-year old, nonbinary artist & lil' forest creature from The Netherlands! I enjoy drawing, nature, music (especially kiltro), & games! (bg3, the witcher, etc.)
I've been drawing & posting art for a good while now, lord! I've enjoyed it ever since I was a wee lad. It has helped me through some incredibly rough periods in life, and connect with some of my longest & dearest friend!

· I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason. I do not owe you an explanation
· You must be over the age of 18 to commission or work with me. I do not work with minors.
· I reserve all rights to my artwork, and may use your commission as examples of art. However, the commission will be kept private if requested. Under no circumstance will I remove my watermark.
· My work is intended for personal use only. You do not have the commercial rights to the artworks.
· Please do not rush. The turnaround time is estimated to be anywhere between 1-4 months, depending on my queue & real life factors. Bigger or multiple commissions can extend the tat too.
· Under no circumstance are you allowed to mint/sell my art as NFTs. This applies to all artworks I have created: past, present, or future.
· Under no circumstance are you allowed to use my art to train or edit it with AI. This includes the general use of "Grok", "Chatgpt", "Character.ai" & other AI tools. This applies to all artworks I have created: past, present or future.

. • Payments & Refunds • .
· All prices are in EURO, and invoiced through Paypal. I do not accept any alternative options.
· Payment must be made in full upfront. I will not start the commission until I have received the full payment. The payment is to be made within 72 hours at most. Should you need longer than 72 hours, please contact me beforehand!
· No refunds, once I have accepted your commission. Should I find myself unable to complete your commission for whatever reason, I will personally contact you and refund you in full.
. • References & Specifics • .
· All commission information & progress will be added to my trello, where you can track the progress in real time as I work.
· A clear SFW reference or fullbody picture is required. I do not work with a description of the character only. I may decline your commission if the reference is low quality, heavily shaded or an unfinished design where I must design the blanks.
· Please be clear if you have a specific idea in mind. Picture references are highly encouraged for poses, outfits, props, etc. If I am given full artistic freedom over the pose, I will not do any major redos.

. • Progress & Modifications • .
· After the payment is received, I will send you a wip during the sketching stage, where you can request any changes. Once the sketch is approved, I will send another wip during the coloring stage, where you can point out anything that i've missed.
· When asking for edits, please feel free to draw over my work to clarify what you're asking for. I will allow a few smaller edits and changes up until the coloring stage, before I will work on completion
· For custom character designs: changes can be made during any part of the process before I move on to finalize the design.
· Any changes to a finished piece or design can be made up until 1 month after it's completion, but may come with an added fee. Any changes beyond that 1 month period may be declined.

· The base price comes with 2x fullbodies, can be anthro or feral, 3x free close-ups of the eyes, mouth & pawpads, as well as your character's information (name, age, etc.) and a color palette.
· This is essentially a "build your own" Reference sheet, and the base price is subjected to change depending on any extra add-ons that you choose to add & character complexity.
